Today we discussed the third and last chapter of the novel. We finished Metamorphosis. Gregor’s family is now trying to accept him. However, his sister is getting tired of looking after him. The family seems to think they are in a financial crisis. But however, they discover they are stable. Gregor’s father is very upset now. Only his maid cares now. Every day she gets him food. One day Gregor Samsa, passes away. The maid finds his body. But the family does not come to see him except his sister. After this the family realise a lot of things become more concerned about the sister.
After finishing the book, we were asked to write an essay on ourselves “Who am I?”. We were asked to submit the first draft by Tuesday.
