We started working on the prototypes and we had decided on Wood and Acrylic sheet to be the final materials to make our prototypes with. We would test them both and decide which one to use for our final wearable.
We needed this wood and a strong acrylic sheet so we went to Dadar market to get all of the things that we needed to make our wearable. We planned that our product would be foldable so we also got strong hinges that could hold the weight of a normal sized human.
For our first prototype we used acrylic sheet for the base and wood for the legs. We tightened the hinges and tested out our first prototype but the acrylic sheet was not able to stand the weight and it started to bend. Therefore, we are not going to use acrylic sheet for our final product.
